After more than 10 years working within all areas of a citrus packing house and 10 years of providing service to houses all over the United States & Canada, Ralph Perdue founded RGP & Company, Inc. in July of 2008, with little more than the desire to be an asset to his customers; to assess their needs and provide them with the service they had known him for – being able to troubleshoot the worst of machines, getting the problem fixed with little downtime to the packaging line, and being forthright with needed repairs to prevent future downtime.

Brenda Perdue: Vice President/Account Manager

Aside from working at RGP since 2008, Brenda has also had experience with Transfield Services in which she was a Project Administrator (2007-2011), then later a Permits Inspector (2011-2014). She is also extensively involved in the community.

  • Shes been the treasurer for Keep Polk County Beautiful since 2010.
  • A member since 2014 in the Parent Volunteer Committee at Auburndale Senior High.
  • A general member since 2012 for the Student Advisory Council at Auburndale Senior High.
  • Also a committee member for  Auburndale Relay for Life.
